[2.41] Unclimbable hill in north finland Finland

It is located on the road between Varkaus and Joensuu, number 23 right in the midddle.
My game log is too long to be posted and even pastebin won't take it
I must mention I am using Rusmap but it should not affect that area of the map

It seems to me that this error is caused by using RusMap, because there is a sector boundary in this area.

I flew over the entire road 23 between Varkaus and Joensuu and I did not find this bug and I was right, there is a sector boundary (I did not use RusMap).
So it's probably RusMap bug

it seems you are not using the latest version of the ProMods - RusMap connector, update it (current version is 4.1):
