Change *.scs on *.zip and unzip! You will have 3x *.scs, Unfortunatelly one of them N.Macedonia_rework_mat.scs is encrypted and do not function properly

I've tried your solution and I don't have a problem with an encrypted file, the game is not crashing either while playing Works perfectly

The Materials file was password protected. I updated the mod at 17:53 CET, so the new version should work.

Did you extract the .ZIP file? If not, you should extract it and copy the 3 .SCS files into you mod folder. If you copied the three .SCS files and still have this issue, please send an image of your mod manager or mod folder.
