when I will see the loads to choose from, the map cities are all out of place

you have to move the ProMods Def below Middle-East files, check load order here:

if you mean the TCP, it depends which Mods are you using. Replacement will override other Mods Trailers/and SCS's, where Standalone will only add the new Trailers, but other Trailer Mods and SCS Trailers are still there.
