Long story short, I have been trying to get the mod to work for the past month now without any luck. I have tried using multiple web browsers and the files are still showing as corrupt due to Data Errors. I need help and not a response telling me to try and re-download something I have already tried multiple times both part download and full download. Wasted £2-3 so far on corrupted or damaged files. This is getting ridiculous, I need actual help from someone. I have tried making a thread before and instantly it just got ignored by almost everyone because someon told me to re-download the mod.


Literally all the files show as corrupt. I have tried testing the files, files are corrupt, i've tried downloading again, files are corrupt. I've even been trying alternative methods such as trying to change the file archive to WinRAR, and still got nowhere. I am honestly trying almost everthing I can. I know it isn't my computer because there is nothing wrong with it, full virus scan with MalwareBytes and nothing showing up whatsoever.
I really want to try and get the mod to work, not only to support the creators, but also because of just how much of a change it will make to the game and my experience.

Make sure your archiver is up to date, otherwise the files will be showed as corrupt. Otherwise post a screenshot of your unpacked archive, with the filesize visible.

This is why you need to check if WinRAR is updated, since older Version can't read the files correctly.

I'm using the latest WinRAR and 7-Zip which I can get off the websites. As well as the same method specified which is LZMA2. I am also using the latest WinRAR version, which is 5.80.2Beta

Since you've tried the multi-part (free) download have you tried using the "ProMods 2.41 file testing tool" (available on the Downloads page)? That tool will tell you which parts of the multi-part archive have problem(s) so that you only have to re-download those part(s).

Yep, tried that and all 6 files (except 1) have the corrupt issue.

Then it is not a problem of WinRAR/7zip, your computer or ISP is corrupting the downloaded files somehow.

I could try a rather stupid method and transfer the files from my phone to the PC... but that is all I can think of. my ISP is THREE (3), but i have tried using another ISP (Sky) and still received the issue.

It's likely that you may have some kind of application installed that is altering the files during transfer, such as a proxy, firewall or AV
