Currently downloaded this promods-v243.7z.001 once done the file was corrupt. How can i get this :S

you have to download all 7 parts first, then you can start extracting.

Apart from not being able to get the last file i need, my mod versions are incompatible with current ets2 update..... what can i do

Yes, you need 5 map DLCs.
