I think Ankara, Aksaray, Sivas and Yozgat are in Turkey.
Romania Extended has more than just Romania in it.

TR Extended, is a newer map mod. So they have not as much areas as RE. Yet.
https://trextendedmap.com/# looks to have a nice map quality.

Yes, both should be.
Connectors should be found on their forums or download sections.

TR Extended -> https://trextendedmap.com/indir/ download and map connector.
RO Extended -> https://roextended.ro/ free or premium map/download. Version of map is different for free and premium. map connectors found via their forums.

TR and RO are not compatible with each other.
