That is not a crash, just wait until the game is finished loading.
First load always takes longer.

And? that doesn't mean it crashed, just let it load as I already said. Don't do anything else ony your computer at that time.

Again, as it was said above:

- When installing the mod the first time, the game has to rebuild the navigation cache, which can take several minutes (for example, it takes about 6-8 minutes on my PC).

- If you change the list active mods in the Mod Manager, the game may rebuild the cache again, which also results in a longer loading time.

- If you manually load a save via the Load/Save menu, the cache is also rebuilt for some reason. This is a known issue. Thus, either wait until the navigation cache is being rebuilt in that case (this typically takes 6-8 minutes, but could be even more depending on your PC), or do not load saves manually. ;)

I'm experiencing the same problem as Shakey here, only on 2.46. It was never a problem with any previous versions that I've installed all the way up to 2.42. (Skipped 2.43 and 2.45). You mentioned that the navigation cache will be rebuilt even after loading a manual save but previous versions were working fine with quick load times after the first load.

Is there a specific reason for this?

Is there any news on the bug of the navcache rebuilding when manually loading a save?

I love the new map areas added by ProMods 2.45 and the new sound effects of the FMOD sound engine SCS added to game version 1.37, but I have reverted to game version 1.36 and ProMods version 2.43 as waiting for 5 minutes or more for a save to load takes the enjoyment out of the game for me (it happens quite often I want to reload a save when I change my mind and want to undo a choice in the game, like reloading for a different cargo if I find out I won't be able to deliver in time).

So I went to visit the forum to find out, if the mod developers have found out what causes this bug?

And is there anything an ordinary user can do in terms of posting crash logs to help further this search for the bug (but it would take a lot of effort to update the game to 1.37, update the mod folder to 2.46 and fix my mod order to create a log file, then revert it all back to 1.36 and 2.43 to continue playing without hindrance)?
