Edirne, Turkey border crossing

When I tried to cross into Romania from Turkey, I went thorugh the scale and document check with no issue, but when I get to the gate after the gas station, it doesn't go up and let me through, what gives?

So my question is this:Did you mean Bulgaria,because you cant go from Turkey directly to Romania at least not with Scs/Promods maps or whas it a typo?
