Loading order of the mods ProMods 2.46 with RusMap 2.1 and other mods in ETS2 1.37

Hi,
I'm new to ETS2 1.37 and ProMods 2.46 with RusMap 2.1 and need a tip in which order I have to sort the ProMods files in the Mod Manager of ETS2 in order to be able to use all the advantages of the Mods. What is the loading order in ETS2 1.37? Some write ETS2 loads the mods from bottom to top and others write from top to bottom. What is right?
