Hello everybody
Yesterday, I had a drive down from Кандалакша (Kandalaksha) to Волоколамск (Volokolamsk).
My day started at a logging company, where I funnily enough had to load 22 tonnes of drinks.
I was already quite tired and the long drive through the Russian wilderness did not help to keep me awake, though taking some pictures either myself or with my drone really helped.
I came past a railway and decided that it was a nice time to bring out my drone. Of course, I checked for traffic behind me before-hand.
I got in a lucky shot with a train coming by:
I continued down south and had to sleep a few hours later, so I used the opportunity of a small clearing next to the road as a parking spot:
After a good nights sleep I continued on my journey that would take me close to faboulous Moscow. I had to take a detour through Суоярви (Suoyarvi), which led me onto some quite rugged roads:
A long 600 kilometres or so later, I started getting close to Санкт-Петербург (Saint Petersburg) and later Moscow, so the road quality and capacity started increasing. I found a horrbile accident between the two cities:
Luckily everyone walked away.
A few minutes later, I reached my destination. I quickly parked the trailer and got a paycheck.
