Agreed. Some people even change the compatibility version in mod maifests. Irresponsible and plain stupid.
You may wish to tell that to the maintainer of the widely-used load order recommendation, in which they explicitly say to do this.

Anyone following that load order will have many issues in their game. It is not tested and broken in many ways. I have confirmed this with my own tests. You can easily do the same.

And to counterbalance, I've been using that load order for a couple of years now, over 11.000 game hours (yeah, I don't have a life) of which the vast majority are with that load order, and relatively few problems. Those problems have been quickly addressed.

To say it is not tested is absolute BS. But I won't comment further, you onbviously have an axe to grind and I don't have the energy.

If you read the comments by the map authors themselves in this very forum, you will see why some maps included shouldn't be used. If you want to ignore the facts in front of you, that's up to you. Your game will have issues. Simple.. I couldn't care less who puts those things together, only if they work or not. You seem to be blinded by loyalty and lacking in objectivity. Which is fine. That's up to you. Enjoy.

The simple fact is that if combos are tested properly, they wouldn't include maps with issues that break the game-play. If you just want the world map to look connected, and don't care about playing the actual game in the areas added, then it's fine.

Hi,

@rubthelamp:
1.) stop quoting posts above yours!
2.) as said in second topic - stop starting discussions about load order in multiple topics. If you want to discuss about them, create a own one about it.

If you contine you like that, you will get a warning.

Best regards,
