Unless it's some corporate secret, I'd like to know how is your dev workflow organised, as in does each Dev choose his/her own region to work or is there some sort of an allocation system, or a mixture of both?

Our devs have full liberty where they want to work, and if they get stuck/bored/demotivated with one area they can work somewhere else. Usually if some person gets stuck with a particular task another dev can help out and get the area finished. We don't give any demands on where people should work, just a few recommendations when there are new projects to work on. But in general there is still so much to do that I am not sure we will ever finish our job!
