Adding Promods in an existing profile 1.38

Hello,
is it possible to add promods into an existing profile? I would rly like to use my current profile when 2.50 get's released.

It may be a good idea to clone the existing profile, just in case...
Since I duplicate my current profile in advance of an upcoming ProMods update or before creating a map combo, there's no more messing around with crippled profiles.
