Loading of the saved game when starting ETS2 with ProMods not possible

I have a problem with starting ETS2 with ProMods.
I have all DLCs and also downgraded the game to version 1.37, but when I start ETS2, it says that my score does not match, that the mod can start.
Then when I click on Load, I come to one Screen that should show me the saved games, but I even see nothing there!
I hope for a quick reply and that my problem is resolved.

It should be in the archive where you had/have the rest of the ProMods files.
Either the free download files or the paid download file.
In short, you forgot to unpack or move the media file with the rest of the files.

in the folder MOD.... they had to be 7, including "promods-media-v246.scs", which you don't have! check it out

but i´ve unpacked them with winRAR, from the download folder to the ets2 mod folder

ohh... now i´ve found the mistake... the media file is missing. i got it wrong, sorry. how do i get the media file?

i guess you simply forgot to copy the media file, maybe you have deleted it now? check your trash bin, or if you have, your download folder.

ok, i´ve found the media file and dropped into the mod folder, but my problem is still there. i´ve tried it without mod and it´s the same problem. i think the problem is up to the game version
