I am new and I just bought ETS2 from Steam and just download the newest v.2.50 promods, but when I try to load the promods into the game, the game says incompatible, I was wondering what went wrong and I don't know what is the problem.

Have you check the DLC requirements? Press the I (INFO) button in the mod manager and the game will tell you which you are missing
