All your city names for Southern Region appear to be showing their internal id localization names. I loaded up the game with my mod disabled (and no other English names mods either) and the names appear correct. You might be running your game in a non-English language or you might be using British English rather than American English. This seems to be an issue with Southern Region and you should probably report this to the developer of the mod. The game does not have "fallback" technology for localization files so the developer needs to include the same English file for all the languages that they do not yet have translations for. The SR mod only currently has localization for Bulgarian, English (American), Russian, and Ukrainian.

If you are running a different language, then open the SR def & map scs as a zip and then go to locale and copy the contents of en_us to whichever language you are using (e.g. fr_fr for French).

There is a typo in the manifest.sii file at display_name: "Univesal" should be "Universal".

I'm currently away and have been unable to test or update any of the mods included. Expect an update around early September which will be working. The current version may still work, but I haven't tested it so I don't know.

Just take your time man, your mod still works on 1.41.

I would suggest to add Project Balkans on the list, although there are some mods that make English localizations on that mod.
