After I downloaded PM 2.50, ETS2 bugs a lot.
I had all Promods since 2.20
I minimized all graphics and it still lags...

Your hardware is bad, but try to run it with only ProMods, I wouldn't recommend running to many mods on that hardware, and have you disabled SSAO?

It lags on multiplayer too where is only promods

You can try to set r_buffer_page_size in config to 20 instead of 10 but with only 4GB of RAM i doubt it will solve your problem.

your PC Hardware actually only meets the minimum system requirement specs.
While all of the mandatory hardware parts of your system is not meeting the recommended requirement specs.
So it is most likely a weak hardware problem indeed, since ProMods is much more demanding than the base game.
