Hello, when i try to do fast load my game just freeze and after 3-5minutes of waiting black screen. When i was playing ets2 without promods never get this problem. Any ideas guys ?

On the first load, it can take up to 3-30 minutes depending on the power of your hardware(mainly CPU and RAM), so just wait.

Apparently you are playing TMP (multiplayer). You were, as it were, written in the red bar that you were kicked by the Trucker MP server. What you are playing is multiplayer and not a single player.

read my issuse, when i do quick load in ets2 its working fine, but when i do it in promods my game freeze i get kick and my game still freez.( its the same in singleplayer and multiplayer)

You can't load any quicksave files when you're ingame, because the game will recreate the navigation cache, although it shouldn't do that in this case.
If you need to reload a save you need to quit the game and only load the profile in the profile selection when you're starting the game
