[#26758] [Svalbard] - Longbeardyen doesn't trigger.

I have taken the ferry to Longyearben in Svalbard, but the "discovery" of the town doesnt go off. I've driven round every major road area and it isn't discovering.
I dont have any other map mods installed that might mess with it. See screenshot below:

Added in 36 minutes 15 seconds:
Further update - I have found that going out to Hiortthamn and returning will make it discover, but it seems whatever trigger is supposed to ocurr from getting on/off the boat on arrival didn't work.
