Apologies if this is the wrong section of the forum to post this, but I couldn't find one better suited.

As you can see here in this screenshot ( there are a lot of pedestrians walking around in the city (Sundsvall) at 3:40am. I haven't seen this in other cities until now so I assume this is a bug.

You can always turn off pedestrians in the graphics settings and they will disappear.
