ETS2 stopped working over and over again...

Almost 2 years I try to run this mod and ETS2 program stopped working over and over again! i tried the previous and current versions, I tried to generate the Def file in all ways and nothing, when I turn on the mods in the game, "Program is not responding". I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I'm using 1:38 version of the steam game (I blocked automatic update) downloaded 2:50 version of mod, I DON'T USE other mods, I'm trying to load only promods and I can't ...

You need to wait until the game is finished loading, not closing it yourself.
The first load can take up to 30 minutes since the game needs to build the navigation cache.

I can wait even 10 hours, it will not do anything because music stops, a message pops up that the program has stopped working and not responding.
Others mods works fine, just this one Promods crash the game.

The music stopping doesn't mean the game has crashed, PLEASE don't tab out, as then the game can actually freeze, and it will take longer to load, as explained it can take up to 30 minutes.

Please verify game files on Steam, and maybe send a screenshot of how big is your def file, this is how you verify games on steam: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tTMRLhN72U

I have reinstalled the game several times, I have been trying to run this mod for two years, previously on win 7, now on win 10. All the time, game crash.
Never in history I did not have such problems with run something, up as with this mod.

Can you post a picture of the promods files with their file sizes? Maybe some file is corrupt

Try recreating your .def file and reinstall it. Make sure you tick the "special transport" box as it appears you own that DLC.
