i bought the mods for promod and installed but only definitions showed. so i took time to follow the steps of the free ones and done all needed and still nothing what should i do or what am i doing wrong

Did you extract the files from the 7zip archive(s) and place them into your mod folder? Please post an image showing your mod folder contents, including the path to the mod folder and the file names and sizes.

7 files transfered over but only one shows. I follow the guide to the letter. But still nothing, I can't do photos just yet.

So you do have

ProMods 2.51 Def
ProMods 2.51 Map
ProMods 2.51 Models 1
ProMods 2.51 Models 2
ProMods 2.51 Models 3
ProMods 2.51 Media
ProMods 2.51 Assets

in the same folder?

Yes but only def shoes up when I launch game and try activate them in mod folder I tried it twice. Uninstall and re install

Are the files placed in C:\Users\(you)\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod? And you did extract the files right?

They are in the right folder as the definition mod shows up but the others don't.

That's odd.
Could you please post your game.log.txt
And maybe even a screenshot of the mod folder?
