Tunnel Maze!

Hi. I appear to have found a maze of tunnels, some blocked with rocks and one that traverses the edge of a huge pit and has religious-type crosses along it.

The tunnels are under the sea near Longyearbyen. Is it a bug or an Easter egg? Can't tell if I'm going round in circles or if the maze is never-ending!
