I think if anyone wants to play a RC with the ProMods Area, they should talk to the guys of ProMods. If the team of ProMods is not interessted in building such a RC it is not the problem of other guys lika Arayas.

Unfortunately we don't have that option. Arayas has explicitly forbidden us to create a map combo where ProMods is prioritised over "his territories" and said he would send legal claims our way if we tried to release one.

Well yes, however this discussion does have an impact on the areas that surround this mod so it may be relevant to give the full picture.

If Arayas forbids you to make a connection, why is it one-sided.

There's only one side to the table, either create road connection that prioritizes ROEX areas, or prioritizes ProMods areas. You can't have both. (and the latter would be a lawsuit)

Well, of course we would prefer ProMods areas xD, but we can't do much about it. Eventually, ProMods would improve and fill Ukraine in the future as well as the other surrounding areas, and don't forget about the upcoming rumored ETS2 DLC which is going to be situated somewhere in Russia/Ukraine.

In the far future, it would be eventually either ROEX or ProMods map as your choice of map combo and can't have both, since the affected areas would be replaced.

Remember, there's always an option to create a new profile, to explore other map mods.
So yeah.

damn so I can't make my own PM-RoEx RC, where PM areas have priority, and released it? It wasn't going very well for me anyway, and it wasn't really going well.

I always choose Promods. Because he is always the best.

Ok guys, some ground rules I set for this project is that I don't care about RoExtended compatibility. It is a ProMods add-on and the aim of it is to be an extension to the map that fits in with the rest of ProMods. It is not compatible with RoExtended and it won't be.

Thanks for this. I play with Promods, Rusmap, and Southern Region so it's nice to see the black void of the Ukraine getting filled in a bit.
