See! i like to start making a maps, BUT what do i do for starting

If someone can tell me how to start a maps building

I also need to know how i use maps to build road
I know there was a person for some years ago, the use 3d, so he cute see the landscape as it is, and then just follow the road for getting the right up and down
I mean that the person came from cz

If someone can helo, please let me know

Sorry, that not the right.....

I looking for to do from the beginning, where i go into edit and chance develper to 1 or 0 and old that.

Are there no place i can find that.......
