Game Stutters

My game stutters sometimes in 1.39, i had the same problem in 1.38 to, pls can somebody help me.

I would suspect it's a combination of the large number of mods you're running and the fact that your computer only has 8gb of ram. There's a thread around with various tips and tricks for low ram machines to make the game run better, have a look for it...alternately, get rid of some mods and/or buy some more ram.
