ETS2 Fresh Install Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION

Hello. Fresh install of ETS2 1.39.1.5s with no other mods activated other than base promods. All required DLCs are owned and installed. Attached is picture of mods list and game.log.txt along with game.crash.txt. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

(couldn't do code blocks sine more than 1.5mil characters over limit and too much text to put into pastebin exceeding the 512kb limit)
