Can't install Promods and ME

I've downloaded Promods and ME 2.51 and im playing ETS2 1.`39.1 but i cannot Àctivate those mods in the mod loader.
Whgo can help me out of it there is already a post of this ( im sorry) direct me to it?

well ive used that, ive unpacked all mods i got all the .csc files i need i just cant activate them in my game it has a red Dot on all of the Pro Mods and ME mods.

Click the 'i' on one of the mod packages, it will tell you why it's incompatible, most likely it's missing DLC's.

aah dang i dont have the Road to the black sea dlc -.- long time ago i played Pro mods so i still thought i had all the mods...
And there is no way to play it if i miss one right??

You can dowgrade to 1.36 and play proMods 2.43.

Can i also download TCP and ME for that version? I am downloading the older version of ProMods now but cant see TCP and ME


EDIT: pfff i opened all the download links at once i did know u were only allowed to download 2 at the same time so i thought lets open them and just download them per 2 and now im blocked -.-

Waarom koop je niet gewoon road to the black sea? Is een mooie DLC en nog geen 10 euro op steam nu.
Why you just don't buy RttBS? It's a nice DLC and not even 10 euros on steam currently.
