So the Canadian map shows up on my map, so does the city (undiscovered) but I can't get any loads or jobs into Canada. I'm parked in Everett, WA right now. I don't know if I have to get a job at Bellingham, WA or if I messed up somewhere. The game seems to think the Canadian map is working, and yet.

You can rest for 8 hrs and see then if there's any cargo going into Canada or drive without a cargo to the nearest undiscovered city, that usually works for me.

Since you are already close to Canada I recommend setting the "preferred job length" slider almost all the way to the left. Note: this only has an effect on newly generated jobs so you may need to sleep a few times for new jobs to populate the market.

Jobs are only generated in cities that have been discovered so when you start discovering more Canadian cities more jobs should populate

Is this specific to ProMods Canada? Because, in regular ATS, you don't have to discover a specific city I’m order to be offered jobs to it.

To be more accurate the game randomly generates jobs for all companies in all cities (all the time). But you can only see outgoing jobs that start in cities that you have already discovered. The more cities that you discover, the more of the market you can see. @nemesys, you are correct, you don't need to have a city discovered to find a job to that city as a destination.

Any Special Transport jobs ?

No there are currently no ST jobs in Canada
