Hi,
When heading north out of Seattle I get to a certain point on the highway and the game just crashes. I have tried 3 times and it crashes at the exact same point. I have tried the load orders and have also made sure I have all the mod files (and yes they are installed correctly).
The picture linked below is of the location where the crash happens.
