2.51 Possible PM bug (Nice-Genova)

Found this black bar between Nice and Genova, not sure, if it´s caused by Promods
Read on How to report a bug here: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=939 and add all missing informations like coordinates, game.log.
Also, test with ProMods only enabled.
