Such an interesting situation in ATS, in the city of Bellingham, there was a Schrodinger fence. When the system is installed, there is no fence between the car dealership and the warehouse. Without installed canada, the fence is present. We found out this by testing. with Canada connected and not connected.
When I saw that the player was driving through the fence, I almost filed a report for cheats, but my friends in discord stopped me claiming that there was no fence.

If I understand you correctly, the fence appears properly if ProMods Canada is disabled, but is not there if Canada is enabled. If this is the case, please provide the coordinates of the location in Bellingham as described here:
