Game keeps on crashing

My game keeps on crashing in the loading screen. I checked the files using TestFiles and there was no error. I tried everything listed on the ProMods Self-Help page but nothing fixed the constant crashes.

For MP, this should rather be in the viewforum.php?f=60 forum.

How do I verify game files? Also, can I fix my profile somehow or do I need to create a new one?

Steam, Library, right click European Truck Simulator, Properties, Local Files, Verify Integrity...
Altho, if single player works, that should not be the issue.
