Hello, Jens Lyn IV.

I can't confirm almost all bugs because AI traffic isn't too slow because they do brake down when there is lower speed limit road signs.
Also it's expected behaviour to have 80 km/h speed limit because 70 km/h speed limit for trucks is only if there is no speed limit road signs on local road in Sweden.

Anyway the last coordinate confirms there is still 70 km/h speed limit on 2+1 road on E4 outside Sundsvall.
So this is already reported in internal bugtracking system with the case #30113 and added a note for other side too.
