Missing Countrys

Hi Guys,
i have a little Problem. Some Country are missing when i open the map. For exampe, iam with a friend in Cyprus and we want to go ti Egypt but i dont have it. It is missing at the map and also not to select at the ferry.
All DLC's are installed (Map DLC's of course) and some Paint Jobs and the Trailer DLC's etc. I Also have redownladed the pro mod and the middle east mod and installed them but it doesnt give me the missing Countrys. Here is the Map view from a calleague of my ( sry its a screen via mobile phone ) and Screenshot from my missing parts

THX but the thread can be closed. it was my own fault after searching an hour i found out i did dowloaded the 2.46v and not the 2.51 .... sry for wasting time.
