Community Event: ProMods Easter Egg Hunt

Any plans to reveal the locations of the eggs for those of us who didn't find them? I'm still banging my head against a wall trying to find #5 (though i haven't had as much time to look these days)

Sadly I have to give up the hunt on egg #19... I've been searching the Grumantbyen mine for over 3 hours now, I found the crater, I eventually found the Center of the Earth, but the easter egg wasn't even there! I also used dev cam to search the maze, but nothing... Am I thinking too complicated right now?
Too bad about the remaining 11 easter eggs ...

I finally found egg #19!!! My goodness, I thought I knew that beach... Never seen those two cows before, one of which was... you know... rotated 45 degrees backwards.

And yes, egg #5 is that one with the tunnel construction. Well, you may not believe it, but I found it just by looking at the in-game roadmap. The road layout looks somehow suspicious there, near Barcelona... Strange detour.

I'm on egg #29 now, but it seems the clue isn't right. I've driven all the way to At Tanf, Syria, according the location on Google Maps. But there has nothing been built there along route 2. Only thing in that area are some ruins and a crashed car and some more to the west a fuel station with some ruins around it. And an inaccesible road with signs to Homs. Searched all the ruins, but no egg. Anybody knows if I'm looking in the right area?

It's in that general area (it's not further than the petrol station btw), but just like me, you're going to wonder how you never saw it

Ah thanks. Well, I'll give it another try tomorrow. I hope I'll find it then. I was already checking the mod manager, if the easter egg mod was activated above the ME-map... It was, so it should be on the map.

edit: I found it! Man, this really was a mean one. It wasn't even in Syria at all! So the clue still wasn't right. The correct name is on the signs there (A_ W_____). So, I've already have an idea of #30. Let's see soon if I'm right...

I think I have found the first easter egg ("A lovely place in the pyrenees"), and there's also a sign there - but the contents of the sign is just black. (I guess that the sign is really from the easter egg hunt, because it disappears when I disable the easter egg hunt mod, and it reappears when I re-enable the mod). Is this a technical issue with my installation (using steam on linux)? Or do I miss something that I need to do for reading the sign? I would appreciate any help

I have no idea, but the sign should look the same as the sign #1 in the OP (with another clue of course). Did you set the easter egg mod on a higher priority than any other mod of ProMods?

Anyway, I finished the easter egg hunt yesterday. I've got one question yet: Where can I claim compensation for the cost of repairing my truck after finding the last Easter egg?

Yes, I set the easter egg mod on the highest priority. Probably I should give it a try on Windows...
