I am very new to promods and am downloading V2.20 currently and i wanted to know if i downloaded a new version will that have everything else that were in a early version of it.
It depends which version you upgrade to. Some versions replace ProMods areas with SCS DLC areas. Sometimes cities are rebuilt or removed. For example ProMods version 2.30 removes ProMods Italy and uses SCS Italy instead. You can see a list of content/changes for each version on the Compatibility page.
