Graphics seems to be weird

I do not know if the errors is on my site or SCS but the screenshots are taken in a singlegame today.
As you can see the concrete in garage and on the bridge is pixelated.

Since the update to 1.40 I have also seen a very red light from diferent AI Traffic cars.

Post your game.log otherwise nobody can help.

If it looks like this without mods (as your log says you have none activated), then there's definitely something weird is going on at your end.
Check the integrity of the game files first via Steam, I'd recommend.

If this problem doesn't occur without mods, but it does occur with mods, then one of your mods is screwing things up, or one of your mods not compatible with 1.40.
