A-Road Roundabouts for UK?

Roundabouts are common in the UK on A roads (often a single carriageway) however I'm struggling to find any 1 x 1 roundabouts for the UK (need them to be specific to the UK for the road markings to be correct, is that right or is there a way to use general european roundabouts?) The 2 x 2 roundabouts have pavements and there just isn't room to add another prefab to go from single carriageway to dual just for the roundabout (the prefabs for this are too long). Any ideas or do I just have to forget about roundabouts outside of cities in the UK?

As an alternative I would use a normal T junction but the only one I can find is long and straight, would be really good if there was a curved right/left turn-off prefab for the UK (but again, I can't find one). Also, where are the small turn-offs that I see when playing the game? I can't seem to see them anywhere in the map editor.
