ProMods

I've downloaded the def file and the other 3 files successfully they showed up in the mod manager in single player and were incompatible with the game version. I tried downgrading and that didn't work. I then tried upgrading it and that didn't work. I've also tried uninstalling the old files reinstalling them and still nothing.

if you can help me fix this problem please let me know

Hower your mouse on "i" icon on one of the files and it will tell what is causing incompatibility. You probably don't have necessary DLCs which are Oregon and Washington.

Have you upgraded to version 1.41 Update Experimental Beta (Convoy)?

If this is the case, it is normal that ProMods Canada is not supported on this version of American Truck Simulator. ProMods Canada is currently compatible with ATS version 1.40.* only.

I have oregan and washington dlc's and it still says incompatible

Do you use 1.43? If so, there's your problem.

Please downgrade to ATS 1.42 or wait for our update.
