The road from Canada to USA doesn't connect. Any ideas why?

After doing some searches, do I need something called Canadream? Thought it was just ProMods I needed.
Added in 2 hours 10 minutes 40 seconds:
Update: It was the mod "American Truck Stop" causing the problem since it was for 1.40. Removed the mod and the road connection was fixed.
