So I just downloaded ProMods 2.56. I upgraded from 2.55 and I did the same process. But now it wont work. I watched a youtube video to be sure, but it still wont work.

You need 2.55 for Multiplayer since the multiplayer mod is not updated to ETS2 1.41 yet.

I had the same problem. Now PruckersMP support 1.41 version of the game but still You need Promods 2.55
