Explored roads before versions and gray roads on the Promods 2.56

Why did I explore 53% of the roads, fully explored England, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and the roads turned gray, as if I had not driven on them at all?
Def file has default settings.

Since the procantage of exploaration is still at 57% this must be just visual problem. Try recreating and redownloading def file.
