Near Östersund, the speed limit is at 50 km/h when it should be 70 or 80.

I cannot replicate this issue, the speed limit stays at 80km/h at this location.

Weird. It happens for me. I'm not sure how it happened. I know I was heading north on the road. I'll let you know if it happens again.

What you might try is starting south of the location and heading north. It should happen.

I can't confirm this bug either because it stays at 80 km/h speed limit as Ticreut29 says above. So it must have been fixed or it was a mod conflict on your end.
