ProMods Canada and Coast 2 Coast Map Mode issue?

I have the ProMods in the proper order and C2C placed below under all of them. I can drive anywhere within these maps and the GPS works perfect everywhere. The problem is that when I go to MAP MODE, I can only see 3/4 of the US map. About as far as Alabama. The entire east is not available even though I have no problems driving there. If I remove ProMods Canada then all of the C2C map returns in Map Mode.

You need a background map like ProMods Complete North American Background Map (there is also a Pacific version includes Hawaii, which you can download both from Steam Workshop) to show the full map.
