My wish for steering sensitivity using keyboard mod

I'd like a mod which would have steering sensitivity related to speed.
Sensitivity should be default at speed up to 40 km/h. When speed is more than 40 km/h, sensitivity should be decreasing - don't know if linear or exponential. When speed is 80 km/h, sensitivity should be half of default.
I want such mod because when i drive on highway, i have to press A and D many times to stay on the same lane when highway is straight, no curves/bends. But if i decrease sensitivity, i have to drive very slowly when i go left or right in crossings. Even worse in highway crossing when we have to drive almost entire circle in clockwise direction.

There are so many good keyboard control mods that fix that issue, I use a wheel so I have no idea about those mods. otherwise you can adjust the non-linearity slider in the controls settings (not 100% if these apply to keyboard however.)
