[Fixed] [#394] [1.71] Orleans, map UI issues

First one is inside the city: The bus stop is not shown on the map.

The second one is found on the RN exit north-east of town, where, in the roundabout shown on the map, the blocked exit is not actually blocked (there is no invisible wall) and you can get on that road (tho it ends in a wall)
