the issue is that you added these lines to a file
versions.sii in the root directory, while they should be in the manifest.sii file in the mod folder

I ask you to take this circumstance into account and fix it in the next update of the steam version

Probably because nobody saw your report. I forwarded it now to ScuL who uploads the convoy def files
