How to create city first job cutscene?

Altrough for some modders its look too simple to do, how to create the city first job cutscene (just after choose the home city)?
Place "Camera point" on your map within the city.
In the properties in the "Tags" window write: "campoint0 cityname cutscene".
The number after "campoint" is the ordinal number of the screen saver.
"Cityname" - the identifier of the city, which is indicated in the definition of the city.
