[Fixed] [#32563/#32692] [2.60] Speed limit 70 km/h in 2 small places near Blagoevgrad

Near Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, there are 2 places (one at an exit, one at an entrance) where the speed limit briefly drops to 70 km/h. Here's the second spot heading south. The first one is just before that at the off-ramp preceding the on-ramp:

I can confirm this bug and it's reported in internal bugtracking system with the case #32563.

Just a heads up, I found speed limit inconsistencies of a similar nature in this area and points north in the northbound lanes as well. I even got wrongfully ticketed while in that area because the speed limit dropped where it wasn't supposed to.

...and then continue north until you get to the end of this highway. You should find a few of them. They're all near the on- and off-ramps.

I have now also reported other side in internal bugtracking system with a new case #32692 because it's to make a difference between south and north.
Also forgot one before in original case, so I edited and added into this case.
